Great until it wasn't. Went through WEEKS of contracts, etc. Their crew checked out our land, marked it, then we had to move the home site by 50 ft to avoid being in a flood zone. 2 days before closing, yes TWO, after I had paid earnest money on land, an appraisal fee, they backed out because they 'aren't comfortable' and don't think we would be happy with the placement of the house, which I would think is for us to decide. Shouldn't their skepticism have been made clear in the beginning, before I threw away over a thousand dollars and signed contracts? Disappointed is an understatement.

Homes are very nice. Prices are good. I like that sales persons do not follow you to every home, so you can talk with your partner about likes and dislikes of the home openly and you don't feel rushed.

After having to deal with another company they weren’t honest and didn’t keep their prices lock. They went up on the price three times even after I put deposit. However, at Preferred Living Homes they did exactly what they promised. They are very fast and on top of their work. After having deals with them it didn’t even take them long to set up everything for me. They are also really easy to communicate. If I have to buy another one or if I know a friend who needs a home fast, I would definitely tell them to go to Preferred Living Homes Cleveland. Great people. 💯 💯 💯 You will not regret going there.
